A Master-Planned Community With an Interesting Backstory
Eastmark sits on over 3,200 acres in Mesa, on land that used to be a General Motors proving ground. Engineers tested cars out here for decades before any of these streets existed, which is a fun detail to share with buyers who love a bit of history under their feet.
